| St. James Barbados is the home of Almond Beach Club and Spa. Here relaxation and exhilaration walk hand in hand along powder-soft Caribbean beaches. As the adults only /16 and over/ all-inclusive resort of Almond the resort offers romantic Caribbean vacations to honeymooners couples ready to renew vows or just friends and family looking to enjoy a luxurious Caribbean destination. This resort offers 161 guestrooms in seven three- and four-story multicolored buildings that form a U-shape around a central pool-and-garden courtyard. Decor features cool tropical colors and tile floors. Ceiling fans and louvered panels or windows provide a cooling alternative to rooms air conditioning. NOTE Some guestrooms have French balconies. Almond guests have access to sailboats snorkeling gear windsurfing equipment pedal boats and kayaks as well as water skis banana boats rods and reels for fishing off the beach and one lighted tennis court. This is part of the all-inclusive Caribbean vacation package guests receive when they vacation at Almond Resorts. In addition Almond Beach Club and Spa has three freshwater swimming pools as well as a cool freshwater whirlpool for guests to luxuriate in. DRESS CODE Please advise guest of the following dress requirements in the restaurants – guests must wear shoes have a cover over bathing suites and men may not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 1830 men are permitted to wear slacks and women wear dresses slacks or culottes /no shorts or short outfits/ this is strictly enforced. ALL INCLUSIVE FEATURES Rooms taxes service charges and gratuities all meals including room service beverages including name brand liquors beer topical coolers house wines and soft drinks. Watersports including aqua cycling kayaking banana boats snorkeling sailing waterskiing reef fishing and windsurfing /all with instruction Tennis Squash golf exercise equipment evening entertainment transportation to Bridgetown for shopping and to Almond Beach Village as well.
